Foundation Established

Foundation Established

Since its inception in 2017, the Impact for Success Foundation has been committed to creating transformative change and providing lasting support to communities in need. In its first year, the foundation launched the Impact for Exploit Conference, which saw 100+ participants gathering for empowerment and learning. During this event, 450 foodstuffs were distributed to help the most vulnerable in society. The foundation also laid the groundwork for its core programs: Impact for Exploit Conference, Community Awareness Program (CAP), Youth Empowerment, and Catch Them Young Initiative (CTY), setting the stage for future growth and impact.Impact for Succession was founded with the mission to empower marginalized communities through education, career development, and leadership programs.

Early Programs & Partnerships

In 2018, the Impact for Exploit Conference grew, accommodating over 200 attendees. The 450 foodstuffs distribution continued, and the foundation awarded its first 5 scholarships for skill acquisition programs such as tailoring, makeup, and other vocational training. The Community Awareness Program (CAP) expanded into one community, reaching 100 individuals and providing much-needed support to widows, children, and the elderly.

2019
Expansion and Awareness

Expansion and Awareness

As the foundation continued to grow, 2019 saw the Impact for Exploit Conference hosting 400+ participants. The distribution of 450 foodstuffs continued, and the CAP was extended to multiple communities. Through this program, the foundation provided assistance to 10 widows, delivered 150 free medical check-ups, and offered 50 free haircuts to children. Scholarships for skill development programs were also awarded to more individuals, providing them with opportunities to improve their livelihoods.

Adapting to COVID-19

The year 2020 presented new challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic, but the foundation rose to the occasion. Despite the constraints, the Impact for Exploit Conference took place, accommodating over 500 participants both virtually and physically. In response to the increased need for support, the foundation distributed 450 foodstuffs as part of its emergency relief efforts. The CAP reached 3 communities, providing medical services to 500 individuals, delivering back-to-school materials to 100 students, and supporting 300 widows with care packages.

Empowering Growth and Expanding Outreach

In 2021, the Exploit Conference continued to grow, reaching 700+ attendees, and the 450 foodstuffs distribution remained a key part of the conference's outreach efforts. During this year, the foundation awarded a sewing machine to the best-performing student in Fashion & Design training, promoting entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency. Scholarships were awarded to 150+ individuals for skill acquisition, and the CAP reached more communities, providing support to 200+ students with school kits, 500+ children with free haircuts, and the elderly with clothing and financial assistance.

Milestones in Career Empowerment and Community Support

2022 marked a significant milestone with the foundation's launch of the Job Placement Platform, successfully placing individuals in prominent organizations. Notable placements included 2 at Total Energies, 1 at Zion Cakes and Confectioneries, and 5 full scholarships for the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) as part of the Catch Them Young (CTY) Initiative. The Exploit Conference hosted 900 participants, and the 450 foodstuffs distribution continued. The CAP continued its outreach, providing 500+ medical check-ups and distributing school materials to 200+ students in various communities.

Milestone Achievements

In 2023, while the Exploit Conference attracted 1,200+ participants and 450 foodstuffs were distributed, there was no Community Awareness Program (CAP) due to unforeseen circumstances. However, 200 scholarships for skill acquisition were awarded, and the Job Placement Program continued with placements in various organizations globally. Members secured jobs in multiple countries, including the UK and other international locations. Additionally, 15 full PTI scholarships were awarded under the CTY Initiative. The foundation’s focus remained on empowering individuals through education, career opportunities, and skill development.

A Year of Global Growth and Community Transformation

Finally, in 2024, the foundation made significant strides in global expansion. The Exploit Conference hosted 1,500+ participants, continuing the tradition of distributing 450 foodstuffs to support vulnerable communities. The foundation made international placements in various countries, marking the global reach of its job placement program. Other placements included Chevron Nigeria Limited and ExxonMobil. The Catch Them Young (CTY) initiative awarded 35 full scholarships for the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), and the CAP provided essential services to 1,000+ widows, 2,000+ individuals through medical check-ups, and 500+ children with free haircuts. Additionally, 400+ students received back-to-school materials, and the elderly were supported with clothing and cash assistance.
