A Visit to Clever Minds Free Primary School located at iyara community, Delta state

As part of our commitment to supporting vulnerable children and promoting inclusive education, the Impact for Success Foundation visited Clever Minds Free Primary School — a unique institution that combines both a learning center and an orphanage home. During the visit, we donated essential school supplies such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and learning materials, alongside food items to support the wellbeing of the orphans who attend the school.

Catch Them Young (CTY) Scholarship Examination

This captures one of our scholarship examination sessions, a critical stage in the selection process where 100+ students from different communities gather to take a standardized test for a life-changing opportunity. Through this initiative, the Impact for Success Foundation has awarded 35 full scholarships covering tuition, accommodation, and departmental dues at the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute (PTI). The exam serves as a fair and transparent process to select the most deserving candidates while also encouraging academic excellence and self-confidence in every participant.

This highlights one of our empowerment sessions, where participants engaged in skill acquisition training, mentorship, and career development workshops. From vocational skills like fashion design, baking, and ICT. We’ve created an environment where young individuals can grow into purpose-driven adults. In this particular session, one outstanding participant who excelled in the Fashion Design training was awarded a sewing machine to support her entrepreneurial journey , a step toward self-reliance and economic empowerment.

In 2023, the CTY program continued to reinforce our mission of empowering the next generation with the knowledge, values, and direction needed to lead impactful lives. Participants were exposed to motivational talks, skill-building sessions, and educational counseling, all curated to help them make informed life decisions.At the end of the program, every student returned home with not only a renewed sense of purpose but also free food supplies as part of our continued commitment to holistic support.

This showcases early beneficiaries of the Skill Acquisition Program during the 2018 editions of the Impact for Exploit Conference, a foundational pillar of the Impact for Success Foundation. During this period, participants were enrolled in various skill tracks including fashion design, baking, hairdressing, and more. Many of them, coming in with little or no experience, left equipped with practical knowledge and tools to begin their entrepreneurial journeys. The foundation also provided scholarships for these trainings and presented startup support to top-performing participants, igniting their path to self-sufficiency.

Our team also engaged with children and elderly members of the community, ensuring that no age group was left out.

In 2021, the CAP initiative recorded massive impact across several communities in Delta State. We reached hundreds of families with foodstuffs and direct cash support, provided free medical check-ups for over 500 individuals, gave out school materials to 200+ students, and organized free haircut sessions for more than 500 children. Elderly members of the community also received clothing and financial aid as part of our inclusive relief efforts.
